Distinct Character Blog provides digital content, downloadable resources, and other non-physical products through distinctcharacter.blog.

Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, purchases of downloadable or immediately accessible digital products are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.

Free Digital Products

Products offered at no charge, including Five Daily Practices for Embodied Self-Mastery, have no purchase price and therefore are not eligible for monetary refunds.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a free resource, please contact us so we can assist with delivery.

When We Will Review a Refund Request

A refund request may be considered when:

You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
You were charged incorrectly.
A purchased digital product was not delivered and we are unable to provide access.
A technical issue originating from our website prevents access and cannot reasonably be resolved.
A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Change of Mind

We do not generally provide refunds because:

You changed your mind after receiving access.
You decided not to use the product.
You did not complete, read, download, or implement the material.
The product was purchased without reviewing its description.
Your personal circumstances changed after purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Because Distinct Character Blog sells digital products, there are no physical products to return.

Digital products cannot be exchanged after delivery unless we determine that an incorrect product was provided.

Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us with your name, email address, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

Failed or Missing Delivery

If you complete an order but do not receive access to the digital product, first check the email address used during checkout, including spam or junk folders.

If the product remains unavailable, contact us with your order information. We will attempt to restore access or provide the purchased material. If we cannot fulfill the order, an appropriate refund may be issued.

Paid Subscriptions or Paid Content

If paid subscriptions or recurring paid content are introduced on distinctcharacter.blog, cancellation stops future renewal charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cancellation does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period that has already begun or for content already delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the terms of the applicable offer.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a transaction was made incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you through your payment provider or under applicable consumer-protection law.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
